There are a lot of new things to learn in Windows 8 – and as I mentioned earlier, we’ll start with the basics. You may have already read the Windows 8 Beginner’s Guide. In this post, I’ll show you how to resize, resize, and make Aero Tiles appear smaller or larger on the Windows 8 home screen. The Windows 8 home screen gives you quick access to various programs, applications, and other features with ease. These applications are presented in two sizes, one in the small square and the other in the larger rectangle, which is twice as large as the small square tile.
Increase or decrease the size of the trays
If you already have too many boards on the home screen and want to add more boards, you can, if you want to display the largest boards in a small size.
To do this, right-click on the tile in question. A small check mark will appear in the upper right corner. A menu bar will appear simultaneously at the bottom of the computer screen.
Please select Smaller and click on it. Large tiles will show a smaller size.
Also, if you want, you can choose to display small plates in large sizes. The procedure is the same. Right-click the tab and select Bigger in the menu bar.
> However, the tile resizing option is not available for all boards.
The menu bar will also give you the option to turn off live notifications , where applicable.
If you want move the plates , you can simply drag and drop them to the desired location.
Once again, the menu bar will also provide options for open a tile from the home screen.
UPGRADE: Windows 8.1 allows 3 sizes.
Selecting the tile by right-clicking on it, then selecting Resize from the bottom menu bar allows you to resize them as Wide, Medium, and Small.
Tile Color Changer allows you to change the color of the tiles.
