Create an account at ResearchGate | STEP 1: Enter Researchgate [web – App]
The first action or step is to access ResearchGate itself, and for that, the best way is to search for it by Google by name: «researchgateAnd once the results are loaded, simply press or click on the correct result.
A good option is to download and run the Researchgate application (App Store). However, it is recommended that you register in a web version and, depending on the value of use and the convenience it offers, you can later migrate to the application.

On the new uploaded page, they are asked in English: What kind of researcher are you? And you here, you have to press or click on one of the 4 options that appear and which are the following:
Academic or student: university students and professors, members of an institute and independent researchers.

Doctor: health professionals, including clinical researchers.
You are not a researcher: journalists, citizen scientists or anyone interested in reading and discovering research.

A new page of the registration form will be uploaded and whose information will depend on the option you chose in the previous step.

In the new page that was uploaded from Researchgate, they ordered us to enter the following personal data and it is very likely that the same will appear if they chose another option.
Name: in this first box, they will simply enter their name.
Name: in this second box, they will enter their last name.
Your institution’s email: in this other closet, they will have to enter the mail or e-mail of their institution and if they don’t, they will not be able to confirm that they are part of this institution and can register in ResearchGate.
