6 great apps for iOS mobile business

Here are six cloud-based solutions with excellent mobile / iOS applications that face a fast business implementation.

There are more business applications than Office, Salesforce, Slack or G-Suite.

Here are six cloud-based solutions with excellent mobile / iOS applications that are facing a rapid deployment of the business, according to Okta.

Every company is now a digital company

Today, every company is a digital company. This has created profitable opportunities for big technology (look at Apple’s dazzling $ 91.82 billion in revenue in the first quarter of 2020) while providing many opportunities for developers with new ideas.

Slack, Atlassian, Box, ZenDesk and Splunk see a high adoption in this wave, says Okta in his latest Businesses @ Work report from 2020.

The report shows that while most companies use Microsoft Office, they rely on other tools to get things done. It seems clear that modern implementations of business applications are heterogeneous and involve several solutions.

The Okta report brings together some of the applications and services that are adopted by companies around the world. These range from key integration and MDM services, such as the increasingly popular Jamf Pro, to back-end infrastructure (AWS) and services that have state-of-the-art tools for mobile workers.

We analyzed the report and identified the following six solutions that are quickly gaining a place in the digital enterprise.

Facts for the rest of us: Splunk

From Splunk, a company with an excellent reputation for retrieving business data and turning it into information, the Splunk app provides users with notifications, dashboards and ways to detail their data on their iPad or iPhone.

This product works with your Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud implementation, where the data is actually located. The idea is that key knowledge workers can be equipped with the kind of deep and practical business knowledge they need to get things done. You can even set up the app to share data via Apple Watch.

Splunk’s customers include Airbus, Hyatt, Porsche.

Event management: sent

Whether you are hosting a large-scale event, a large office suite or a giant production company, knowing where your site visitors are becomes extremely important. That’s where Envoy Passport (for organizers) and Envoy Visitors come into play. These applications work with the Envoy back-end, providing managers with visitor information, invitation privileges, personalized notifications, and providing direct contact with team members.

The envoy’s clients include Slack, L’Oreal, Pinterest and Mazda. More information .

The best video conference: Zoom

While more established players (Google, Microsoft, Cisco) seem to occupy a large chunk of their minds in the video conferencing space, Zoom continues to gain new customers. The data suggests an 876% increase in its customer base over the past three years.

Why? Because it is reliable, easy to use and has useful tools for collaboration, messaging and file sharing.

The company’s customers include 20th Century Fox, Uber and Nasdaq.

Smarter HR: work schedule

Another mobile interface for a cloud-based service, Workday is one of the most popular human resource tools (though worth checking out Bamboo HR).

Workday offers a complete ERP system with tools for integration, communication and calendar planning. The idea is that Workday also collects data that management can use to hopefully make better decisions.

Customers include Netflix, HP Enterprise, Bank of America and Amazon.

Think (and collaborate) visually: Lucidchart

Lucidchart is a good solution for visual thinkers. It is best viewed as a visual workspace that brings together diagramming, data visualization, and collaboration tools that can be used to describe ideas and help plan development. This is not a new solution, in particular, and your customer list reflects: Google, Adobe, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Netflix, Amazon use it.

Manage IT services: Freshservice

This cloud-based IT services office solution is the choice of the Gartner customer. Freshservice promises easy setup, omnichannel support (email, chat, etc.) and interesting features to make your work more fun, driven by data integrity and accurate record creation.

You will use this to automate internal processes, meet goals, and improve employee experiences.

Freshservice customers include Honda, M & CSaatchi and Addison Lee.
